CMU Tech offers a variety of educational opportunities such as an associate degree, a certificate, customized industry training, or a change in your career options.  As a division of Colorado Mesa University, many of these programs are eligible for Federal, State, and Institutional financial aid.


CMU Foundation Scholarships

CMU now offers an all-in-one scholarship application for CMU Foundation and departmental scholarships, including CMU Tech. You can apply through your MAVzone or click on the button below.

The scholarship application open October 1 with a priority deadline of February 12. Any applications submitted after this date my be considered for later opportunities.

Outside Scholarship Resources

There is also a list of outside scholarship resources. This is a great place to start looking for other scholarship opportunities. We encourage students to search the web, check for the availability of regional or local scholarships, any organizations or interests, even look at organizations of friends and mentors. Finally, be creative and take the time to proof your applications and essays.

Electric Lineworker Scholarships

Colorado Rural Electric offers a number of scholarships.  Each scholarship has its own application process and deadlines.

CARE Forward Colorado Scholarship

CARE Forward Colorado was created to revitalize Colorado’s healthcare workforce by offering zero cost, short term training programs through community and technical colleges. These programs can be completed in a year or less. 

Financial Aid
