Colorado Mesa University is committed to making higher education affordable. We offer two different alternative tuition programs: Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE) and Mountains and Plains (M&P). These are available for freshmen and transfer students based on the student's permanent address and GPA.

Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE) and Mountains and Plains (M&P)

Freshmen and transfer students (up to 105 credit hours) with a permanent address from 32 states in the western and mid-western United States and the District of Columbia and a minimum GPA of 2.5 for both WUE and M&P are automatically considered for reduced tuition rates upon completion of the admissions process. There is no separate application process to be considered for WUE or M&P status.
