We offer a comprehensive range of media and public relation services designed to elevate CMU's profile and foster strong community and stakeholder relationships.

Media Relations

The team actively manages relationships with local, regional and national media outlets to ensure positive, proactive and consistent coverage of CMU. This includes distributing press releases, organizing press conferences, facilitating media inquiries and media training for faculty and staff.

Public Relations

The team develops and executes strategic public relations campaigns that align with CMU's core messages and values with key partners to help foster a positive perception of the university. 

Media Credentialing Process

Colorado Mesa University follows media credential protocols to support transparent news coverage while protecting the safety, privacy and normal operations of campus events. This formal process allows the university to verify and manage media presence effectively.
