Matt Machet Strategic Planning & Logistics Manager Leitner Poma Anthelme "Matt" Machet was born in Saint Paul, Savoie, France, a small village in the heart of the French Alps. His passion for aviation led him to obtain a Bachelor and Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering at ESTACA (Ecole Superieure des Techniques Aeronautiques et Automobiles) in 2016. For the last year of his MoS, he decided to cross the Atlantic and obtained a Master of Business Administration (major in Supply Chain and Finance) at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU). Passionate by entrepreneurship, he took advantage of his time in the US to obtain the Stanford Innovation and Entrepreneurship certificate. His other passion for mountaineering led him to start as an intern for Leitner-Poma Of America, then transitioning into a full time position as Project Manager for LPOA in 2018. In 2019, he was assigned the creation and management of the Logistics department along with the Strategic Planning office. Anthelme speaks English, French, Spanish and German. Anthelme is a proud husband and dad. His passions are aviation, mountaineering and History, especially the Napoleonic era and WWII.

Louise Goodman Grand Junction Branch President Timberline Bank Louise Goodman is Timberline Bank’s Grand Junction Branch President and has been with the bank since it opened its doors in 2004. Both parents were educators and Louise and all her 12 siblings attended college. Louise graduated from the University of Northern Colorado where she earned distinction as a member of the National Dean’s List. A Denver native, Louise moved to the Western Slope in 2003 and is now enjoying the slower country life on acreage outside of Grand Junction. Louise’s current and past community involvement includes service as the President and Founding Member of the Western Colorado Latino Chamber of Commerce, Foundation Board Member of STRIVE, Member of the Mesa County Women’s Network, Volunteer for the Grand Junction Business Incubator, Volunteer for the Child and Migrant Services Center, Board Member of Riverside Educational Center and Board Member of Community Impact Council. Over the past 17 years at Timberline Bank, Louise has had the great honor of helping to grow Timberline Bank on the Western Slope. Timberline Bank has received the following awards and recognition: SBA Colorado Community Rural Lender of the Year (2015 and 2018), Colorado Company to Watch, ICBA Best Community Bank to Work for, Grand Junction Chamber Business of the Year, Fruita Chamber Business of the Year and most recently recognized by Governor Polis as a PPP Hero for the bank’s participation in the Paycheck Protection Program. |
Doug Simmons CEO Enstrom Toffee & Confectionery Doug Simmons is Enstrom Candies Owner and President. He was born in London and immigrated to the US back in 1957. He is a CMU alumnus. After working for other companies, he moved back to Grand Junction and joined his wife’s family business, Enstrom Candies. He worked many years under the company’s founder, and in 1987 he became the President. By 1993 He and his wife purchased the business. Doug is responsible for Enstrom’s transformational journey from a Mom and Pop” business into a competitive, high-quality producer of confections recognized worldwide. Doug is a respectable member of the candy industry in the US and overseas. He has served on many local boards including; Grand Junction Chamber of Commerce, Grand Junction Lions Club, and the Downtown Development Authority. He served 8 years on the Grand Junction Regional Airport Authority Board, and two-time chairman. Doug is currently serving on the Grand Junction Economic Partnership board. |
Carol Norman Pointnext Account Services Global Operations, Policy and Operations Hewlett Packard Enterprise Carol Norman has been in the Information Technology industry for 20+ years. She has worked for small start-ups, fortune 500 firms in both private and public sectors. She currently manages a global operations team at Hewlett Packard Enterprise within the services organization – Pointnext. Her undergraduate and MBA degrees are from the University of Colorado. Carol enjoys time hiking, skiing and golfing. She and her husband Steve have three adult children living across the United States. |
