Application Process
The Spring 2027 application process differs from the Incoming Student and Continuing Student Applications. Due to availability for Spring, students will put their top 3 building preferences, our office will review preference and attempt to accomodate student preference.-

All housing is dependent on availability, our office will attempt to honor building preference.
If you do not have a deposit on file, you will need to submit the $50.00 application processing fee and $150.00 pre-payment with the submission of your application.
Students must be accepted to Colorado Mesa University and enrolled in a minimum of 9 credit hours for the Spring 2027 semester to be eligible for Spring housing.
Students will put their top three preferences in their Spring 2027 Housing Application. Our office will begin with placements two weeks after the Spring Application opens. *All housing is dependent on availability, the university reserves the right to move students at any point*
New Spring residents will be able to move in on Saturday, January 23rd from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM or Sunday, January 24th from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
