Live-in Professional Staff
Area Coordinators and Residence Hall Coordinators are responsible for the day-to-day leadership and supervision of the student learning experience within the residence halls. As live-in professionals, the Area and Residence Hall Coordinators connect with students regarding academic, community, roommate relationship, and student conduct concerns — as well as many other issues. These professionals have offices located in within their respective residence halls.
Area and Residence Hall Coordinators directly supervise 9-17 Resident Assistant student leaders and 10-25 Desk Attendant staff, as well as provide leadership for Residence Hall Councils within their respective areas.
