Townhouse Apartments

Located on the west side of the Colorado Mesa University campus, Townhouse Apartments provides housing for 24 upper-division students across two buildings. Each apartment features a two-bedroom, one-bathroom layout, with one single bedroom and one double bedroom. Designed for flexibility and comfort, all apartments come fully furnished with moveable furniture, including a kitchen table with four chairs, desks, desk chairs, beds with extra-long twin mattresses, a couch, and a television table. Residents also have access to convenient on-site laundry facilities.
