Lucero Hall (formerly North Avenue Hall) is co-ed and houses 304 continuing students. Lucero Hall is configured in five or six-bed suites in the east wing and six-bed apartments in the north wing. All of the beds in Lucero Hall have extra-long twin mattresses. Lucero Hall offers a study lounge (suite-side), a community room, free laundry and vending machines. A student-staffed front desk is also provided for your security and convenience. You can check out games, vacuums, and cleaning supplies.

Lucero Suites include a furnished living area, two full bathrooms, two sink/vanity areas, two double rooms and one or two single rooms (depending on the suite). The rooms are furnished with carpet and moveable furniture including beds, closets, desks and desk chairs.
