Kyle House (Montrose Campus)

Charming two-story Victorian home located at Colorado Mesa University’s Montrose campus offers students a unique living experience that combines historic character with modern convenience.

Residents enjoy spacious common areas, including a large living room, fully equipped kitchen with two refrigerators, laundry room, deck, study room, and three full bathrooms. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, and laundry facilities are provided at no cost for added convenience.

All bedrooms are shared (doubles) and come furnished with a twin XL bed, two small two-drawer dressers, and a shelf with a hanging rod for clothing storage. Please note: beds require twin extra-long sheets, which are available at most major retailers or online.
