Centennial Village (Opening Fall 2026)

Centennial Village, opening Fall 2026, available to 2nd year and above students, is CMU’s newest apartment-style residence hall designed for students who want the comfort of apartment living with the convenience and support of campus life. Centennial Village will house 310 students in fully furnished apartments, all featuring private single bedrooms with full XL beds.

Apartments are configured for three to four residents and include a full kitchen, spacious living room, and a full bathroom with a dedicated drying area, offering both privacy and shared community. Every space is thoughtfully furnished, allowing residents to move in with ease and settle in from day one.

Centennial Village operates on an 11.5-month contract, providing greater stability throughout the academic year. With fewer move-ins and move-outs, residents benefit from a quieter, more consistent living environment while avoiding the hassle of temporary housing transitions. Elibile students will have the option to resign for following years.
