Aspen Apartments

Aspen Apartments, built in 2020, are coed and houses 128 second year and above students. Aspen Apartments is configured in four single bedroom apartments. The Aspen Apartments offer study lounges, large community kitchens, and free laundry rooms on each floor. A student staffed front desk is also provided for your security and convenience.

Each apartment includes a furnished living area with a 42" Television and kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a small refrigerator, sink, and cabinet/counter space. Each apartment features separated shower and toilet/vanity areas. Bedrooms are furnished with carpet and movable furniture including a full XL bed, desk, chair, and under-bed storage.

Residents in Aspen Apartments receive 7-meal swipes per week on their MAVcard, included in the cost of the room. Meal swipes reset every Monday, and do not roll over to the following week.
