Librarians at CMU are subject specialists who can help with your research and course needs. There are librarians available for every discipline at CMU -- and we are ready to assist you with your information needs!
What we do:
- Answer questions via phone, chat, Zoom, and in-person
- Consult with student and faculty researchers
- Purchase materials for the collection
- Teach instruction sessions connected to CMU courses (and even orientation sessions for certain majors)
- Instruct workshops on citation management tools (e.g., Mendeley) and topics relevant for students engaged in research
