Your COSI community is here to support you on your academic journey!. We have resources to career exploration and internships, financial coaching and, academic advising. We also host special events each semester focused on student success and enriching your college experience.
Schedule with an IRIS Advisor to utilize their specialties!
- Recipient MUST be a graduate from a Mesa County Valley School (District 51) with a minimum 2.0 Cumulative GPA
- Complete the FAFSA by March 1st
- Meet financial eligibility requirement
- Enroll in at least 6 credits each semester
- Declared in and taking courses towards an approved program within the:
- Davis School of Business
- Health Sciences
- Earn a 2.0 cumulative GPA at CMU
- Check in at least two times a semester with your assigned IRIS Advisor
- Attend two Career focused COSI Scholars Event each semester (e.g. Career Service Industry Events, Job or Career Fairs, or resume workshops, etc.)
- Freshman: Complete UNIV 100, 101, Early Start, New MAV Days or something similar
- Seniors: Participate in an exit/transition planning workshop or Meet 1:1 with an advisor first semester of senior year regarding transition and graduation requirements and preparation
