- Why I Chose CMU: I chose CMU because it is just close enough to home, I can go visit for a weekend but far enough that I just can't pop in and out. Choosing CMU was one of the best decisions I have ever made!

- Attend New MAVS Day
- Meet once a semester with a COSI Coordinator or Peer Coach (email, phone, in-person) to check-in on your progress or discuss any questions you may have
- Meet at least once a semester with your Faculty Advisor listed in DegreeWorks within MAVZone, or an IRIS Advisor based on your major to create a course plan and discuss course registration to ensure you stay on track with your graduation plan.
- Attend a minimum of two COSI Scholars Event each semester (e.g. Career Services or Financial Aid Workshop, CMU resources, community resources, etc.)
- During final semester, attend career fair or meet with Career Services to prepare for transition to workforce.
- Earn a 2.0 cumulative GPA at CMU or CMU Tech
- Complete the State's COSI Back to Work Participant Survey upon enrollment into the program
