Our Music and Theatre Administrative Assistants serve both department heads in day-to-day operations through record-keeping and maintenance. 

Lyn Ross may be found in MPAC 141 from 8:30am-5:30pm M, W, F and from 8am-5pm T, H. Lyn's areas of responsibility include event scheduling, financial activities and contracts for faculty, independent contractors and space rentals.

Melinda J. Scott may be found in MPAC 128G from 9am-3:30pm M-F. Melinda's areas of responsibility include executing student major/minor/advisor updates, submitting student and faculty room access requests, overseeing office supplies and equipment and attending to department mailings.
