Forwarding your mail

When you check out of your residence hall, it is your responsibility to complete all appropriate paperwork to make sure your mail is forwarded. If you live in our residence halls you are responsible for contacting USPS to have their mail forwarded. You can go to the US Postal Service web site to complete the request. Any unforwarded mail received after you move off campus will be returned to sender.

The halls are closed...where does my mail go in the summer?

Visit the US Post Office website at www.usps.com to have your mail forwarded to your summer address. Click on the link Receiving Mail and then Change Your Address. There is a $1 charge.

Housing will return to sender “First Class Mail” or has a first class postage stamp (41 cents). Magazines and “Bulk Mail”, “Presorted Standard”, and “Non-Profit Organization” are not forwarded.
