Instructions
- Click the button below to be redirected to your MAVzone account
- Login with your CMU username and password
- Click on "Residence Hall Service Request" at the bottom of the main page
- Fill in the required information regarding your request
- Click the submit button
Tips for submitting a Maintenance Request
- Be very clear and specific when describing your issue
- Do not resubmit requests, this usually slows down the process significantly
- Follow up with your Building Coordinator if you haven't seen or heard anything in regards to your request within 2-3 days
- Please be patient, we have a very large campus and a very small facilities department, we prioritize requests by order of urgency. Life safety and Campus Safety requests take priority to keep you safe and to keep our campus safe.
