Instructions

  1. Click the button below to be redirected to your MAVzone account
  2. Login with your CMU username and password
  3. Click on "Residence Hall Service Request" at the bottom of the main page
  4. Fill in the required information regarding your request
  5. Click the submit button

Tips for submitting a Maintenance Request

  • Be very clear and specific when describing your issue
  • Do not resubmit requests, this usually slows down the process significantly
  • Follow up with your Building Coordinator if you haven't seen or heard anything in regards to your request within 2-3 days
  • Please be patient, we have a very large campus and a very small facilities department, we prioritize requests by order of urgency. Life safety and Campus Safety requests take priority to keep you safe and to keep our campus safe.
