Facilities Services provides tables, chairs and other support as needed for events sponsored by campus clubs and departments.  There are a limited number of tables and chairs available and they will be reserved for use on a first come, first serve basis.  Requests should be submitted at least seven days prior to the event.

Student Clubs and Organizations

Student clubs and organizations should submit their requests for tables and chairs through Presence.

Campus Departments

Campus departments can request tables and chairs for their events via 25Live. Be sure to include all required resources with your reservation.
