Sorority life not only provides an opportunity to establish bonds with some of the most academically dedicated, talented, and service minded women on campus, but also create lasting friendships and connections that will stay with you beyond graduation day.  In addition to having a network of thousands of alumni and the current members of each organization providing advice and support through the collegiate journey, sorority women have the opportunity to gain hands on experience building personal and professional skills.

Sorority recruitment is designed to provide opportunities for you to get to know the chapters and for the chapters to get to know you.  Be yourself and trust yourself, this is a mutual selection process which occurs between potential new members (PNMs) and the two Panhellenic Chapters on our campus.

Our mission is to inspire the highest type of womanhood, and our vision is that we will build confident women of character who celebrate sisterhood and make a difference in the world around us. We accomplish this through our four core values: love, labor, learning and loyalty.  Gamma Phi Beta sorority, one of the 10 oldest women's organizations in North America and the first to be called a "sorority", was founded November 11, 1874, at Syracuse University in New York.
