The Electronic Solicitation Notification System (ESNS) is a system used by the Colorado Mesa University Purchasing Department to notify bidders, potential bidders, and others of University solicitations, awards, and other solicitation notifications. The University currently uses the Rocky Mountain e-Purchasing System for such solicitations. Information on this website is for reference only; Rocky Mountain e-Purchasing is the platform of record. It is incumbent that bidders review the University's solicitation instructions.
