Student Mail/Packages

The University's Mail Room does not manage student mail or packages. All incoming student mail and packages are delivered directly to the addressed residence hall by Amazon, USPS, UPS and FedEx, once the student has officially checked in to their residence hall. Unfortunately, no mail is accepted for students prior to check in. We do not have storage capacity or staffing available to handle early shipments for move-ins.

University Mail Room Business Operations

The Campus Mail Room is open Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and is closed 12:00 - 1:00 pm for lunch. Please note we are not able to accept deliveries during the lunch hour.

Carrier Pick Up Time

Campus USPS Mail is delivered by 1:15 p.m. daily for off-campus processing

Federal Express 3:00 pm

UPS 4:00 pm

 

Daily Mail

University business mail is delivered to campus departments and picked up daily for processing M-F; mail stops are organized by department. Outgoing mail brought to the Mail Room by 1:00 pm can be processed the same day. All outgoing mail must be marked with each department's organization [ORGN] code for appropriate billing.
