The CMU Brand Kit establishes the core visual and verbal standards that define Colorado Mesa University and ensure a consistent, recognizable presence across all communications. CMU sub-brand guides, including Athletics, the CMU Foundation and Asteria Theatre, extend this core brand to serve distinct audiences, initiatives and goals while remaining clearly connected to the university. Together, the Brand Kit and sub-brand guidelines provide a flexible system that protects CMU’s identity, strengthens storytelling and allows each unit to communicate with clarity and purpose.
