Colorado Mesa University maintains a Federalwide Assurance of compliance with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office for Human Research Protections (OHRP). The University assumes responsibility and obligations to ensure all research activity involving human subjects will be regulated under this Assurance, regardless if research activity is funded or unfunded.
