Past Events
Here are some of the past events that the Spanish program has hosted.
We had the honor of hosting the Chilean poet Jesús Sepúlvedad, who shared some of his poetry followed by students reading poetry together. It was an amazing event and so grateful that Dr. Sepúlveda would help us celebrate World Book Day.
The author Antonio J. Ceballos Barracán made his first visit to the United States to present his acclaimed book La casa del francés at Colorado Mesa University and other local venues. Antonio is also one of the professors who teaches our students during our study abroad trips to the Universidad de Córdoba.
Here is his presentation at Colorado Mesa University, recording done by Mass Communication Students.
