Music Scholarships
Support our talented music students. The Department of Music has been severely impacted by COVID-19. A majority of our music scholarship funds come from the proceeds from the various events we put on. Since March we have had to cancel concerts, music camps, Rockestra and other productions. We would greatly appreciate your support to make up for these losses.

Thank you for your gift to music and your support of our talented students.

Studying music at Colorado Mesa University means students receive high level musical and technical training, complemented by diverse professional and entrepreneurial skills. Our department is dedicated to preparing students for a wide variety of 21st-century careers and ensemble experiences. We respect classical traditions while exploring contemporary genres and strive to inspire future music educators, leaders and advocates. Our department and musically talented students provide a musical resource and cultural center for the university and community.

The Department of Music is located in the Moss Performing Arts Center, which houses a 288-seat Recital Hall, 580-seat theatre, two large rehearsal halls, 13 faculty studios, a piano/technology lab with 16 stations, as well as classrooms and practice rooms.
