Only students living on campus can purchase a Residence Hall Reserved permit. Residence Hall permits are divided based on your residence hall.
The following is a detailed list of the Resident Hall Reserved lots that coincide with the Resident Hall closest to them:
RHR2: Albers Hall, Monument Hall, Pinon Hall, Rait Hall, Tolman Hall and Walnut Ridge Apartments
RHR10 and RHR07: Bunting Hall, Grand Mesa Hall and Lucero Suites/Apartments
RHR20: Centennial Apartments, Bunting Hall and Lucero Suites/Apartments
RHR28: Aspen Apartments, Garfield Hall and Wingate Hall/Apartments
RHR29: Orchard Apartments
Sold Out Lots and WaitlistsIf your assigned lot is sold out, join only that lot’s waitlist and purchase a standard Residence Hall permit while you wait. Students who select the wrong permit or join the wrong waitlist may be reassigned or removed from the waitlist.
Authorized Parking AreasResidence Hall Reserved permits are valid only in the lot listed on the permit, and transfers to another reserved lot are not guaranteed. Review the campus parking map before purchasing a permit.
Only students living on campus can purchase a Residence Hall permit. Residence hall students cannot purchase day passes.
Authorized Parking AreasResidence Hall permits are valid only in lots marked with the signs below. Students cannot park in Commuter or Faculty/Staff lots, including after hours and on weekends. These parking restrictions are enforced 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Only students living off campus can purchase a Commuter permit.
Authorized Parking AreasCommuter permits are valid only in lots marked with the signs below. Overnight parking and camping are not allowed in Commuter lots.
Value Permits are available online on a first-come, first-served basis.
Authorized Parking AreasValue permits are valid only in Lots V2 and V5 on the northwest side of campus. Review the campus parking map before purchasing to ensure the location meets your needs.
Motorcycle permits are available online.
Authorized Parking AreasMotorcycle parking is restricted to designated motorcycle lots marked with the sign below. Motorcycles cannot park in standard vehicle spaces but may use Pay to Park spaces once payment is made.
