You are Not Alone Wall

Mental health

Dealing with mental health challenges can feel isolating. The You Are Not Alone Wall is a chance for students, faculty, and staff to help others feel less isolated by showing that many people can be affected by mental illness or decreased mental wellness.

Treat Yo'Self

Mental health

College can be stressful. The Treat Yo’Self fair is an opportunity for students to take a couple minutes to relax and work on fun arts and crafts projects for themselves. This year’s event included a succulent exchange for students to show thanks to those they are grateful for, massages provided by the Hamilton Rec Center, DIY stress balls, and a trail mix station sponsored by The Pantry.
