WCCC Admissions Requirements

Ready to apply?

Western Colorado Community College has rolling admissions. There is no application deadline. Applications are accepted throughout the year and processing times for applications are quick. Once your application is complete (including submission of test scores and transcripts) you will receive an admissions decision within a few weeks. 

When you're ready to apply to WCCC, remember we are here to help you. If at any time you have questions about the process, don't hesitate to reach out to your admissions counselor.

Step 2

Submit Transcripts

*Official high school transcripts must be sent directly to the Colorado Mesa University Admissions Office from your high school.

Official transcripts can be mailed to:

  1. Official high school transcripts or GED scores

    Upon completion of your application for admission, contact your high school to have an official copy of your high school transcripts sent to the Colorado Mesa University Admissions Office.

  2. College credit earned during high school (optional)

    If you have earned college credit during high school, please have your official transcripts and/or test results sent directly to the Colorado Mesa University Registrar's Office for a transfer evaluation. WCCC will review transfer credit through Advanced Placement (AP), International Baccalaureate (IB) or college/university concurrent courses.

  3. Transfer student transcripts

    If you are transferring to WCCC from another college, please send us your high school transcripts if you have NOT completed 24 college credit hours yet. Also send transcripts from each college you attended.
