Group Exercise

Campus Rec Services offers a variety of "GroupX" classes in order to meet the needs of the CMU community with varying fitness goals and interests.

We offer between 30-40 classes per week during both the Spring and Fall semesters, and modified schedules during academic breaks. Classes throughout the year can include indoor cycling in our certified Spinning Facility, yoga, strength training, functional and cross-training classes, TRX, Pilates, and Zumba.

If you enjoy the group atmosphere, there is a class for you! Best of all - classes are FREE to all registered CMU students and Faculty & Staff with a current membership!
