2.  Take a variety of Essential Learning/General Education courses to explore major and areas of study.

6.  Learn more about different majors and related career possibilities by checking out the What to do with a Major page.

 

7.  Register in October/November or March/April for next semester--see the Registrar's site for specific Registration Dates.

 

8.  Take on a leadership role in student organizations or clubs within your academic area.

 

9.  Participate in cooperative education and/ or internships--visit your Faculty Advisor to find out more information.

 

10.  Explore whether an academic minor will fit into your program that will diversify your academic training and provide you with more career possibilities.

 

11.  Make an appointment with your advisor to make sure you are meeting the requirements for Graduation.

 

12.  Prepare and arrange for appropriate testing (GRE, MCAT, CPA exam, etc.)
