2. Take a variety of Essential Learning/General Education courses to explore major and areas of study.
3. Visit Educational Access Services if you have a documented disability. Visit their website for more information on the types of accommodations available.
4. If you have decided on a major:
- View your currently declared major and assigned advisor on your Degree Works Report.
- Declare your major if it is undeclared.
- Review your program requirements in the Catalog.
- Visit your Faculty Advisor to guide you in Course Selection. You can find your Faculty Advisor’s contact information in the directory.

7. Register in October/November or March/April for next semester--see the Registrar's site for specific Registration Dates.
8. Take on a leadership role in student organizations or clubs within your academic area.
9. Participate in cooperative education and/ or internships--visit your Faculty Advisor to find out more information.
10. Explore whether an academic minor will fit into your program that will diversify your academic training and provide you with more career possibilities.
11. Make an appointment with your advisor to make sure you are meeting the requirements for Graduation.
12. Prepare and arrange for appropriate testing (GRE, MCAT, CPA exam, etc.)
