Wingate Suites and Apartments

Located west of Garfield Hall, Wingate inlcudes both traditional dormitory suites designed for first-year students and modern apartments catering to second-year and above students.

Wingate's dormatory suites house 148 first-year students and feature lofted twin beds and study rooms for four residents. Community bathrooms are located along the hallway on each floor.

Wingate apartments house 140 second-year and above students and consist of four single-bedroom apartments. Each unit includes furnished living areas with 42" TVs, kitchenettes, separated shower and toilet/vanity areas. Bedrooms are furnished with carpet and movable furniture including a full XL bed, desk, chair, and under-bed storage.

Additional amenities in Wingate include study lounges, community kitchens and free laundry rooms, with a student-staffed front desk provided for security and convenience.
