March 1 - 18, 2021

Opening reception: By Invite Only Due to COVID Restrictions

The 437CO CMU Art Gallery presents Idiosyncratic, an exhibition featuring work by CMU Senior BFA Candidates Jessica Hernandez, Jacintha Turner, and Sierra Brundage.

Jessica Hernandez focuses on her connection to nature by creating biomorphic ceramic sculptures inspired by oceanic textures and lifeforms.

Jacintha Turner's sculptures explore fading memories of toys played with as a child.

Sierra Brundage's painting and printmaking focus on hope in times of darkness, with a balance between tranquility and discomfort, control and chaos, and isolation and escape.
