Current Exhibition

The CMU 437CO Art Gallery is pleased to announce our newest show, Flux, with the second group of our 2026 Senior BFA candidates Alyssa Graziosa, Farron Khan, Madison Harvey, Rebecca McGaffick, Shane Kobald, & Susannah Wood.

This exhibit features six Colorado Mesa University Studio Art seniors whose work moves between nature, memory, and meaning.  Across metal, print, oil paint and tattooing, they ask what endures and what changes through material inquiry and cultural context.

Allyssa Graziosa casts organic forms in metal, exploring ecosystems' resilience and permanence.

Farron Khan's oil paintings use fragmentation and symbolism to examine how labor, place, memory, and belief shape life.

Madison Harvey depicts symbolic plants and animals through tattooing, printmaking, and casting, reflecting Creation.

Rebecca McGaffick uses printmaking to capture change in the natural world through subtle patterns.

Shane Kobald's outdoor-inspired art celebrates nature's bond with storytelling, inviting appreciation.

Susannah Wood explores links between the physical world and the unconscious mind via symbolism, influenced by her chronic pain.

Stop by Monday, March 30th, 2026 - Thursday, April 23rd, 2026, to see this exhibition! The show will have an opening reception on Friday, April 3rd, 2026, 5:00-8:00 pm. Artists will spealk at 5:30. We hope to see you there!
