437CO is CMU's art gallery in downtown Grand Junction. The gallery features CMU senior student work as well as national and international guest artist work. Gallery admission is free and all receptions and artist events are free and open to the public.

The CMU 437CO Art Gallery is pleased to announce our 2025 BFA graduates. The last of our 3 BFA shows, Convergence, will open on Friday, May 2nd. It will feature works by Alexia Alexander, David Cowdrey, Gigi McBurney, Ayla Pierce and Sara Rodriguez.

Strength and Fragility, June/July 2025
We are excited to announce our June/July show will feature work by our very own local artist and CMU graduate Ajay Gustafson. Ajay earned her BFA at CMU and spent summer 2024 in the undergraduate artist residency at New York Academy. She is scheduled to teach painting for CMU Tech's Community Education Program this year.
Artist Statement: As a quiet, introspective personality, representing my domestic lifestyle through painting feels both natural and meaningful. The "ordinary" makes up the bulk of our lives, and I want to celebrate that. The ordinary is enough to be valuable.
