Personal Training and Fitness Assessments

Interested in a little more individualized attention?  How about one of our personal training options.  All options are subject to availability. It will be on a first come first serve basis. Each option listed below will incorporate strength, cardio, and flexibility components based on the client’s goals and preferences. Click here to view a list our Personal Trainers. Option 1 - Free Fitness Assessment and Consultation

This option includes an evaluation of your strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility and body composition. Your results will be explained, your fitness goals will be discussed and an exercise plan will be developed.

Option 2 -Fitness Assessment and Consultation, Fitness Program Orientation and a Follow- Up Session

This three (3) session package is $15 for all Recreation Center members and includes:

    1.    An assessment of your strength, cardiovascular endurance, body composition and flexibility.

    2.    An individualized program designed for you based on your goals and preferences.

    3.    An exercise program orientation session where you will be guided through your new workout one exercise at

           a time. You will be taught how to perform each exercise safely and effectively.

    4.  A follow-up session to evaluate your progress and make adjustments to your program.

Professional Training Sessions

Appointments are with a certified personal trainer. Each session will last 60 minutes (unless requested otherwise). This option includes a free fitness assessment and/or consultation.
