Alpine Bank Hispanic Scholarship

Criteria: Available to graduating seniors in the Alpine Bank service area who will be attending Colorado Mesa University full-time. Recipient must be of Hispanic or Latino descent. Recipient shall have a minimum 2.0 GPA. Recipient nust be a U. S. citizen or have a resident alien registration number.

Blumberg, Richard Memorial Scholarship

Criteria: Available to a graduating senior of Delta High School with a minimum 3.0 GPA, who has participated in the DHS track program for at least two years, lettered in track at least one year and will be attending Colorado Mesa University.

Braa, Kenneth and Jeffrey Memorial Scholarship

Criteria: Graduating male Senior with a minimum 3.0 GPA from Grand Junction, Central, Palisade, DeBeque or Gateway High School. Must have participated in high school athletics.

Clough Fellows, Genevieve Scholarship

Criteria: This scholarship is available to eligible high school graduates of Garfield County School Districts 16 and RE-2. Graduates of the current school year will be given first preference, however, graduates from two years prior are also eligible to apply. This scholarship is also available to eligible applicants who reside in the same geographic area and have completed a GED in the last three years.

Emerson Family Softball Scholarship

Criteria: Mesa County graduating senior, or Western Slope graduating senior or transfer student, who excel in softball and will be an active member of the Colorado Mesa University softball team. Must be enrolled full-time and must have maintained a minimum 3.0 GPA in high school.
Value: Tuition, fees, and books for 12 credit hours per semester

Lanning, Merle and Thelma Scholarship

Criteria: Available to graduates from high schools in Delta County with a minimum GPA of 3.0 to attend Colorado Mesa University full time (minimum 12 credit hours per semester).
Value: $1,500 for up to four years.

Little, Joanna and Craig Scholarship

Criteria: Full-time Colorado Mesa University student or incoming freshman in any area of study, who is a single mother with one or more children living with her. Must have and maintain a 2.5 GPA. Financial need
will be considered.
Value: $2000 per year ($1000 per semester)

Mays Concrete Inc., Reaching Out Scholarship

Criteria:  Available to a full-time Colorado Mesa student who is a current graduate of a Mesa County School District 51 high school, who has a parent gainfully employed with Mays Concrete, Inc. at the time of the award selection.  Student must have a 3.0 GPA or better.  Student must have completed and have poof of 100 hours of logged community service for any local community non-profit organization. Student must be working toward a Bachelor’s degree.

R-5 Recognition of Merit Scholarship

Criteria: Available to an outstanding graduating senior from R-5 High School to attend Colorado Mesa University full time (minimum 12 credit hours each semester).
Value: Full tuition and student fees for up to four years if recipient is enrolled in a Baccalaureate degree program, or,
$1,000 annual scholarships for up to two years if enrolled in an Associate degree program.

Sells, Sandra Hays Memorial Scholarship

Criteria: Recipient shall be a full-time Colorado Mesa University student who graduated from either De Beque, Gateway, Palisade or Plateau Valley HIgh School. Student must have declared their intention to enroll or already be enrolled in one of the following areas of study: Language, Literature & Communication; History; or Music. Student must have a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Society of Petroleum Engineers Scholarship

Criteria: Must be a Colorado Mesa Student enrolled in the Mechanical Engineering program. Suggested application minimum of 3.0 GPA. Must be a resident of one of the following counties: Colorado - Garfield, Mesa, Delta, Montrose, San Miguel, Ouray, Gunnison, Pitkin and Eagle: Utah - Grand. Scholarship may be renewed every year as long as minimum requirements are met and students re-apply.

Sweet Adelines' Darlene Guerrie Scholarship

Preference given to residents of the Western Slope of Colorado and female (outstanding male candidates can be considered).
