COVID-19 Q&A
Face coverings are no longer required in the classroom, at CMU events, or for CMU employees or students. Designated employees who regularly interact with guests, visitors and/or customers are encouraged to continue to wear masks indoors when interacting with members of the public and distancing cannot be achieved. Campus visitors and vendors are encouraged to wear masks when entering, exiting and moving about an indoor space.
We ask that all members of the campus community practice mindful masking, and respect that many in the campus community will choose to continue to wear a mask at all times. We must honor and respect one another's decision to do so (or not).
If you're experiencing symptoms associated with COVID-19 it is recommended you seek testing and talk with your healthcare provider. Visit our Symptom Instructions page for detailed information for students and staff with symptoms.
