Mesa Experience | Colorado Mesa University

The Mesa Experience visitation program gives future students and their families a comprehensive opportunity to visit Colorado Mesa University in person. This in-depth, one-day event allows you to attend an academic and club fair, tour the campus, meet and talk with current students and enjoy lunch served by our dining service provider. You'll hear about admissions, housing and financial aid.

Accommodations

We encourage you to stay at Hotel Maverick — our boutique-style teaching hotel located on the CMU campus. You will enjoy breathtaking views of the area as well as close proximity to historic downtown Grand Junction. You can also check out additional dining and accommodation options here.

Explore Pathways to Occupational Therapy

Are you interested in earning a bachelor's degree in exercise science, psychology or biological sciences? We invite you to attend the Explore Pathways to Occupational Therapy event on Friday, April 11.

Check-in begins at 9am during the academic and club fair. The Welcome kicks off at 9:45am and the day will conclude at about 1:45pm.

You and your guests will tour campus, connect with current CMU students and professors and enjoy lunch. Three residence hall styles will be included in your tour. After lunch, you'll hear about admissions, housing and financial aid.

Event admission is free for prospective students. Additional guests cost $15 per person. We highly recommend that you pay the program guest fee in advance here. This will streamline your check-in process.

The event will begin in the CMU University Center at 1455 N 12th St, Grand Junction, CO 81501. The University Center is located on the corner of Elm Avenue and 12th Street. Click here for directions.

Parking for Mesa Experience is available in the parking structure attached to the University Center. Please follow the signs and park on the 2nd floor or above.
