Rental Space Information

The University Center is home to the Meyer Ballroom, an 8,500 square foot room that opens out to an atrium and patio overlooking the south end of campus and the Uncompaghre. The University Center staff and our campus dining and catering services are available to answer your questions and help with planning your event. The University Center has six meeting rooms and the Meyer Ballroom available for your meeting, conference or entertainment event. The information provided here is based on estimated capacity numbers without additional services such as stages, sound equipment and catering equipment. The Meyer Ballroom can be reserved for a variety of events. The 8,500-square-foot room can be divided into three sections — there is a partition wall that can open to the south atrium and second floor terrace. There are three LCD projectors and screens in the ballroom, wired and wireless microphones, VGA and HDMI inputs and more. Meeting Rooms

All meeting rooms are equipped with a PC, LCD projector and screen. All meeting rooms have the ability to project with VGA or HDMI. Meeting rooms are all equipped with sound.

As of October 1, 2018, rental prices will be increasing.

The University Center has a variety of AV equipment available for use. Please let the University Center staff know what your needs are and we will work to make your meeting or event a success. The University Center employs students who are trained to operate the technology of the building and will be able to assist you during your event.

University Center catering is committed to making your event a success. Our team of catering professionals is available to assist you with planning every aspect of your event.
