Access needs to be added to your card for it to work where you need it to. If you need:
- Academic lab access, talk to your professor (see Student FAQ section)
- Residence hall access, talk to your RA (see Student FAQ section)
- Student work access, talk to your supervisor (See Student FAQ section)
- Professor access, talk to your department Designee (see Employee FAQ section)
- Contractor work access, call Facilities Services @ 970.248.1465

If the door is an exterior entrance or or entrance to a sensitive area (money, employment documents, etc) that would be left unsecured, call 970.254.HELP as soon as you identify the issue. The more time we have to repair the opening, the better.
If the door is to a office inside a suite that locks, bathroom, closet, conference room, or similarly low-risk space. Please submit a work order.
