New Mav Days
New Mav Days is the official welcome to campus for new students with programming starting on Friday, August 19 and concluding Saturday, August 20. Optional parent sessions will be available on Friday, August 19. The first day of the semester is Monday, August 22.

Class Registration
If you are not enrolled in Fall 2022 classes, please sign up for an advising appointment with your academic advising team. Register for classes.
New Student Move-In
The Residence Life Office will email students who have a housing assignment with a link to sign up for a move-in day and time on Wednesday, August 17 or Thursday, August 18. Early arrival students will be prompted with an early arrival selection. The message will be sent to your CMU email account in MAVzone.
Early Arrival
Early arrival student populations will receive direct communication regarding details of their move-in and programming, e.g. fall athletics, band, Early Start Programs, Hawaii Welcome Weekend, etc.
Move-in for the Early Start Programs is Saturday, August 13 and Sunday, August 14.
Check-in and the first meeting for Early Start Programs is Sunday, August 14. Optional parent sessions will be available.
