Frequently asked questions

Why is my order late?

The combination of the national labor shortage and the supply chain constraints currently facing the US have limited Herff Jones’ manufacturing capabilities.

Will I get my order on time?

Yes, Herff Jones is committed to getting your order to the campus at least 5 days before your ceremony.

When will the order get in?

We are actively working with the plant to get an updated ship date. At this time please assume regalia will arrive a minimum of 5 days prior to the ceremony or May 16, 2022.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, your order is currently being processed and is being shipped.  Please come to the store on or after May 16th for your order.

Why were we just now informed of this?

We would like to apologize for the extremely late notice.  All indicators showed an on-time delivery. We are actively working to get more information from Herff Jones.  If you want to talk to someone from Herff Jones about this, please email Alex Frieler direct at [email protected].

The results will help academic departments and the institution better prepare students for life after college.
