Prior to joining Mesa State in 2002, Nancy was Program Manager and Assistive Technology Coordinator at Center for Independence for eight years. She has a Master's in Public Administration from the University of Colorado Denver.  Nancy served on the National Council on Independent Living (NCIL) governing board for four years as a regional representative and co-chaired the NCIL assistive technology sub-committee.

Dana graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a Master's of Arts in Rehabilitation Counsling.  She has over 13 years experience working as a Rehabilitation Counselor with the Colorado Division of Vocational Rehabilitation.  She graduated from the Leadership Development Institute at the Colorado Department of Human Services and has presented disabiltiy awareness trainings to employers, agencies, and the community.
