Our course is a three-evening professional seminar designed to strengthen foundational knowledge across key areas of the water sector, including water law, hydrology, water quality, and best practices in water management. Offered over three weeks, each session is led by experienced practitioners and subject matter experts with deep regional and technical expertise within the Colorado River Basin. This evening will include the following presentations and speakers:

  • Climate Change: An Emergency Management Perspective on Consequences and Worst Cases by Dr. Eliot Jennings, Associate Professor of Political Science at Colorado Mesa University
  • Water Under Pressure: Foundations for Resilient Management by Cory Williams & Brandon Forbes from U.S. Geological Survey Colorado Water Science Center
