Professional mentors assist all students with everything from advocacy and registration, to negotiating faculty/student relationships, and supporting them through their college and life transitions. Mentors support all students to develop as a "whole person," connecting them to resources and helping create a sense of community.

Student Success Academic Support Programs

Our academic support staff advise Compass Program and GOALS students on course selection and major exploration, connect students with university resources, teach UNIV 100, and provide academic support as students transition to college.



The Colorado Opportunity Scholarship Initiative (COSI) provides qualifying Colorado students with scholarship awards to aid them in their pursuit of a college degree.

Coordinator of Engagement

Oversees functions for Student Success & Engagement including training and supervising Mentors, serving as a mentor for students, and providing Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) for campus.
