CMU's Hamilton Recreation Center offers a variety of group exercise classes (GroupX) in order to meet the needs of the CMU community with varying fitness goals and interests.

We offer between dozens of classes per week, including indoor cycling, yoga, strength training, functional and cross-training classes, TRX, Pilates, and Zumba. If you enjoy the group atmosphere, there is a class for you! Best of all – classes are FREE for all registered CMU students.
