Our Lead Solution Specialists are the student leaders at the heart of IRIS. Each of them has spent multiple semesters serving our campus community, developing a deep understanding across processes, systems, and student services. They've completed extensive training, know the answers to nearly every question that comes their way, and model the professionalism and care that define IRIS.
As peer mentors and team leaders, they help guide new student employees, support complex inquiries, and ensure students across CMU's campuses receive exceptional service.
