A Grand Junction native and Colorado Mesa University alumnus, Nicholas Gledhill started his musical career here in the valley performing with the Grand Junction Symphony and the Grand Junction Rockestra. In addition to his BA in music performance, he has earned a master's degree in horn performance from Colorado State University and is currently completing his DMA at The University of Alabama.

As an educator, Gledhill enjoys working with all ages and skill levels. He served on the summer staff at Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp in Michigan from 2015-2019. He filled various roles including horn sectional instructor, administrator, counselor trainer, and performed with the Blue Lake Festival Orchestra. Most recently during his time in Alabama, he was the brass ensemble coach and horn instructor for UA's Community Music School. In addition to his duties at CMU, he is also the K-8 Music Instructor and Band Director at Holy Family Catholic School.

An avid orchestral and chamber musician, Gledhill is constantly seeking new performance opportunities. His most recent chamber ensemble venture was recording the works of Harald Genzmer with the Capstone Winds. His recent orchestral work has been with the Starkville Symphony as their 3rd/Utility horn.
