Originally from Illinois, Brittany Fridal began her career as a personal trainer, a path she pursued for nearly 10 years. Her professional journey has taken her from Illinois to Florida, St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands and West Virginia. While in West Virginia, she began following the career of her husband, Jon, who is head coach of CMU’s men’s soccer team.
Fridal joined CMU in 2022, working in Athletics, where she helped administer and coordinate athletic facilities and events before transitioning to graduate programs. For nearly three years, she served as the Professional Staff Assistant for the Occupational Therapy Program, supporting faculty and students before moving to the Physician Assistant Program as Assistant Director of Clinical Education.
Fridal is passionate about spending time with her husband, Jon, and their three daughters. Together, they enjoy hiking and snowboarding. Some of her own passions include surfing and DIY projects. She is grateful to be part of the CMU community and to support graduate programs at the university.
