Bailey Fraser co-teaches Mental Health Nursing Lecture and Lab. She is thrilled to teach at the same nursing program that she graduated from in 2016. It feels truly full circle to be able to help guide and teach the next generation of nurses at CMU.
In addition to teaching, Fraser is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with nearly five years of experience in inpatient psychiatry, emergency psychiatry and outpatient psychiatry. She also worked as a registered nurse in various specialties. She is hoping her background will allow her to incorporate real-life examples and interdisciplinary approaches to enrich the student learning experience.
Fraser's husband is also a CMU alumnus and currently works as an emergency room registered nurse. They have three wonderful children. In their free time, they love to camp, spend summers at Lake Powell and enjoy being outdoors together.
