Cap, Gown, Announcements, Class Rings & Other Graduation Supplies - February/March

Stop by the Grad Fair to purchase your cap, gown, announcements, and class rings.

Herff Jones will be at the west inside entrance to the Maverick Store in the University Center both days.

The Alumni Association will be holding a Senior Sendoff event again, upstairs in the University Center Atrium.

Orders for caps, gowns, announcements, and graduate hoods may be done through Herff Jones online in early February and through March (date TBA). After the initial ordering period, regalia orders will only be available at distribution at The Maverick Store and will be subject to a late fee. Deadline to order is (date TBA).

Please bring a picture ID

Name Card:  Bring this name card with you to the ceremony. It is used by the speaker to read your name as you walk across the stage. 

Cap and Gown:  All orders placed online will be available for pickup. All cancellations must be requested by (TBA). A processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

Academic Honors Cord:  A student qualifies for academic honors if they have a Colorado Mesa University GPA of a 3.50 or higher, are finishing a baccalaureate or associate degree, and will complete all requirements by May 2020.

Name cards and academic honors cords that are not picked up on these two days may be picked up through after Regalia pick through May 15, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm in the Registrar's Office with a picture ID. 

Alumni Association Grad Party - TBA

The Alumni Association would like to celebrate the class of 2020 with a Grad Party on (Date TBA)  It will take place on the UC Ballroom and Terrace from (TBA).  The event will include complimentary food and beer, and there will be live music and prize drawings every half hour.  Advanced registration is required.  Check back for registration link soon.

Saturday, May 16, 2020 - The Big Day - Commencement Ceremony

Graduates need to arrive 45 minutes prior to their ceremony. Bring your name card you picked up early.  This is used when you walk across the stage. If you feel your name is difficult to pronounce, feel free to add a phonetic spelling to the card.
